Where we ship

Across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

What it costs

A flat per order.

The exact amount is shown at checkout before you commit to anything. Prices include GST; shipping is shown as its own line.

How long it takes

Despatch	from a confirmed order.
Delivery	after despatch, for most pin codes.
Remote and hill pin codes	Longer, and occasionally a courier will not serve them at all. If yours is one we will call you before taking the order further rather than let it sit.

These are working days and they are the courier's estimate, not a guarantee. We will tell you if something is going to be late; we would rather you heard it from us.

Tracking

You get a tracking reference by email and SMS when the order is despatched. You can also look up an order at Track an order using the link we sent you.

If it arrives damaged

Check the carton before you sign for it where you can. If it is visibly damaged, refuse it or note the damage on the courier's sheet, then tell us within 48 hours with a photograph. We collect it and replace it at our cost — see Refunds and cancellation.

Incorrect address

A parcel returned to us because the address or the phone number was wrong can be resent once the details are corrected; the second shipping charge is payable. Please check the pin code and the mobile number at checkout — the courier calls that number before attempting delivery, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a delivery fails.

Installation

Shipping delivers a box. It does not include installation, and these controllers switch mains voltage — see section 2 of the Terms. If you would like help finding someone to fit it, ask us.
